This paper analyses variations of the Norwegian spring-spawning herring (NSSH) migration in the 1950s-1990s due to the changes of this fish population structure and hydrographic conditions in the Norwegian Sea. The data from biological and hydrographic investigations having been conducted by PINRO and foreign research institutes are used.
