Blue whiting in Subareas I–IX, XII, and XIV

<p>ICES  advises  on  the  basis  of  the  management  plan  agreed  by  Norway,  the EU, the  Faroe  Islands,  and  Iceland,  thatcatches in 2013 should be no more than 643 000 tonnes. </p>
