Capelin in Subareas V and XIV and Division IIa west of 5°W (Iceland–East Greenland–Jan Mayen area)

ICES  advises  on  the  basis of  precautionary  considerations  that  the initial quota  be  set  at  50%  of  the  predicted  quota,implying  an  initial quota  of 225 000  tonnes.  The  final  quota  should  be  revised  based  on  in-season  survey  information  in  winter 2015. All catches are assumed to be landed.
