Common skate complex (Blue skate [Dipturus batis] and flapper skate [Dipturus intermedius]) in Subarea 4 and Division 3.a (North Sea, Skagerrak, and Kattegat)
ICES advises that when the precautionary approach is applied, there should be no landings for these stocks and measures should be taken to minimize bycatch. This advice is valid for 2016 to 2019.
