Compilation of the Gadoid Data Collected During the International Herring Survey 1975

Table Ia through Ig present the numbers caught per hour fishing of I-group, II-group and older cod, haddock and whiting in individualhauls by the different participating ships. In addition-Norway Pout data were collected upon request of the chairman of the Demersal Fish (Northern) Committee and the catches by age-groups are summarized in Table II.Apart from the countries reported-in the tables Sweden took part in the survey but no gadoid data are available from this country.For USSR no length compositions were available of the catch of cod, so that no split in age-groups could be made here.
