From sightings at the sea, Stenella coeruleoalba has been recorded as far as 50 N. The higher frequency during summer may probably be related to a moving north for the populations. By comparison with Delphinus delphis frequency, it is thought a more pelagic distribution for Stenella coeruleoalba.
