European sea bass in Divisions IVbc, VIIa,and VIId–h (Irish Sea, Celtic Sea, English Channel,and southern North Sea)

ICES advises on the  basis of  the MSY  approach,but cannot quantify the  resulting catches. The  implied total landings should be no more than 1155t. ICES has no basis for advisingon the allocation of the advised landings to commercial and  recreational  fisheries.The  commercial  landings corresponding  to  the  advice will  depend  on  the  recreational landings and vice versa.
