The Chair, Dr M. Krysell, opened the meeting at 10.00 hrs on Monday 14 February 2000.
Dr Peter Woitke welcomed the participants on behalf of the Federal Environment Agency.
The meeting was attended by representatives from Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Poland, and Sweden.
A list of participants is attached as Annex 1 to this report.
