The ICES/OSPAR Steering Group on Quality Assurance of Biological Measurements Related to Eutrophication Effects

(SGQAE) held its fourth meeting at ICES Headquarters, Copenhagen, from 15–18 February 2000, with Dr Hubert Rees (UK) chairing the meeting. A list of participants attending the meeting is attached as Annex 1. The Chair opened the meeting at 10.00 hrs on 15 February.
