ICES Working Group on SmartDots Governance (WGSMART) Governance framework

This document outlines the strategy that ICES Working Group on SmartDots Governance (WGSMART)  follows when managing the SmartDots platform. The terms of reference define the objectives and the plan of action of the group, this document outlines the strategy, structure, responsibilities, governance process, and resources required to fulfil the objectives. The primary audience are the members of WGSMART, followed by the members of the ICES community who use the SmartDots platform.
