Iceland request for evaluation of a harvest control rule for plaice in Icelandic waters

ICES advises that the proposed harvest control rule with FMGT = 0.30 and MGT Btrigger = 12 400 tonnes is consistent with both the precautionary approach and conforms with the ICES MSY framework.
