The advice given in 2012 for this stock is biennial and valid for 2013 and 2014 (see ICES, 2012a): “ICES advises on the basis of the precautionary approach that no targeted fisheries should be permitted unless there are reliable estimates of current exploitation rates and sufficient data to assess productivity.
