Methodological Framework for Mixed Fisheries Modelling

This User Handbook provides a methodological framework showing decision-making processes and “best practice” recommendations for the implementation of models for mixed-fisheries advice. The details relating to each ecoregion are specified in each ecoregion’s respective Stock Annex. The handbook is written by the members of ICES Working Group on Mixed Fisheries Methodology (WGMIXFISH-METHODS) and curated by the group’s chairs. The methodological framework has been agreed upon by the members, and future changes shall be reviewed by the group during the annual WGMIXFISH-METHODS meeting.
