Please note: The present advice replaces the advice given in October 2024 for catches in 2025

ICES advises that when the EU multiannual plan (MAP) for Western Waters and adjacent waters is applied, and assuming that discard rates and fishery selection patterns do not change from the average of the years 2021–2023, catches in 2025 should be no more than 2 601 tonnes.
