The Committee met on 17 and 19 September 2007. Between 14 and 18 people attended, with seven of the 26 committee members present over the two days.
The agenda was adopted following the addition of items under AOB. The Committee appointed Julian MacLean (UK, Scotland) as Rapporteur.
