Report of the Division IlIa Demersal Stocks Working Group
At the Statutory Meeting in 1990, it was decided (C.Res.1990/2:5:3) that the Division IlIa Demersal Stocks Working Group will meet at ICES Headquarters from 25 February - 4 March 1991 to:
a) describe plaice, possible the activities of the fleets which catch cod, haddock, and sole, and provide catch and effort data disaggregated by area, gear, and mesh size; Whiting, as far as possible by area, gear, and mesh size;
b) assess the status of and provide catch options for 1992 within safe biological limits for stocks of cod, haddock, whiting plaice, and sole in Division IIIa.
