Report of the ICES/HELCOM Steering Group on Quality Assurance of Biological Measurements in the Baltic

The 1998 meeting of the lCESIHELCOM Stccring Group on Quality Assurance of Diological Mcasurcmcnts in the Baltic Sea (SGQAD) was opened at lCES Headquarters by thc Chairman, Mr Lars Hernroth, who welcomed the participants. SGQAB expressed its concern that Russia was again not represented at the meeting despite all efforts to have them participate. A complete list of meeting participants is contained in Annex 1.
