Tasks: (a) a new Working Group should be formed toanalyse 0-group flatfish data for the North­Sea. This Working Group which should be called "0-Group Flatfish Working Group" shall be con­vened by Mr J F de Veen and shall meet for 3days in February 1979 in Copenhagen;(b) member countries should, whenever possible, extend the coverage of the existing sampling programme to include other plaice and sole nursery areas"
