Report of the International Bottom Trawl Survey in the North Sea, Skagerrak and Kattegat in 1991: Quarter 2, 3 and 4

This report presents the final results for the International Bottom Trawl Survey (IBTS) in the second, third and fourth quarter of 1991. The survey was formerly called the International Young Fish Survey (IYFS). In 1990 it was decided to combine the effort of the International Young Fish Survey with a number of national surveys such as the English and Scottish Groundfish Surveys into a quarterly coordinated bottom trawl survey, to be held for a period of 5 years. These quarterly surveys started in 1991. The results for 1991, first quarter IBTS are also given

in separate reports, but first quarter indices are given in this report as weil to give a beUer overview of the

changes within a whole year.
