The Chairman opened the meeting by welcoming the participants (see Annex 1)

The Agenda (Document ASA/FISH/256) was approved with a modification to the order of the agenda items to take account of the availability of participants from the DG FISH. An item on the changes in the electronic address of the Commission was added under item XI "Any other business"
