The ICES Steering Group on Climate Change (SGCC) met at the ICES Headquarters, Copenhagen, Denmark, on 3 June 2009. This is a high level group created by Council decision at the Council’s 2007 Annual Meeting, recognizing the strategic importance of ICES in being proactive in marine scientific research related with climate change.
