Report of the Study Group on Baltic Herring and Sprat Maturity (SGBHSM)

The Study Group on Baltic Herring and Sprat Maturity [SGBHSM] (Chair: H. Müller, Germany) will work by

correspondence in 2002 to:

a) compile the available data on Baltic herring and sprat maturity ogives by age and length on Sub-division basis and

submit this compilation to WGBFAS;

b) investigate the possible changes in maturity ogives during the recent decades.
