Report of the Study Group on North American Salmon Fisheries

At the lCES Statutory Meeting in 1981, the Council adopted the following resolution:

"A Study Group on the North American Salmon Fishery (Chairman: Pr T.R. Porter) will be established and will meet in St. Johnts, Newfoundland from 1-4 March 1988 to prepare the relevant data for presentation to the North Atlantic Salmon Working Group at its meeting in March 1988". The agenda for the meeting is in Appendix 1 and a list of working papers reviewed at the meeting is in Appendix 2.
