At the ICES Statutory Meeting in 1989 the council adopted the following resolution (C.Res.1989/2:4:6):
"The Study Group on the North American Salmon Fisheries
(Chairman: Mr. R. Porter) will meet in Halifax, Nova Scotia from 26 February 2 March 1990 to prepare the relevant data for presentation to the Working Group on North Atlantic Salmon at its meeting in March, 1990."
The agenda for the meeting is in Appendix 1 and a list of working papers reviewed at the meeting is in Appendix 2.
