The terms of reference were (C.res. 1986/2:5:3) as follows: "The Study Group on the Norwegian sea and Faroes Salmon Fishery will meet in Trondheim, from 10-12 February 1987 to prepare the relevant data for presentation to the North Atlantic Salmon Working Group at its meeting in March 1987 (see C.Res. 1986/2:5:91."
