Report on the I- and 11-group cod haddock and whiting caught during the International Young Herring Survey 1974

The procedure of analysis of the Young Roundfish data obtained from the International Young Herring Survey 1974 has been similar to the.one, outlined in the report on a previous survey (ANON, 1973). Table 1A through 1G present the numbers per hour fishing of I-group, II-group and older cod, haddock and whiting caught per haul by the different participating ships, arranged by subareas. The catches of the Norwegian research vessel "Johan Hjort" have not been included, because this vessel used a shrimptrawl and the numbers of roundfish caught were substantially smaller than by other ships in the same area.
