ICES advises that, under a continued low productivity scenario, harvest control rules (HCRs) HCR30, HCR35, HCR40, HCR45, and HCR50 are consistent with ICES precautionary criterion of no more than 5% probability of the spawning–stock biomass (B1+) falling.
