The list of participants is attached as Annex I. Jan Larsen and Janet Pawlak represented the Secretariat. Jan Davies represented the Working Group on Environmental Assessment and Monitoring Strategies (WGEAMS). Carien van Zwol represented both WGEAMS . and the Joint Monitoring Group (JMG). Carsten Agger,. Anders Bignert, Rob Fryer, Mike Nicholson and Frank Riget represented the Working Group on Statistical Aspects of Environmental Monitoring (WGSAEM).
