White anglerfish (Lophius piscatorius) in divisions 8.c and 9.a (Cantabrian Sea and Atlantic Iberian waters)

ICES advises on the basis of the MSY approachbut cannot quantify the resulting catches. The implied landings should be no more than 1937t in 2015. Combined landings of Lophius piscatorius and Lophius budegassa should be no more than 2987t in  2015. Discards  are  known  to  take  place  but  cannot  be  quantified;  therefore,total  catches  cannot  be calculated.
